Charmin Stewart-Williams
Charmin Stewart-Williams is a Law Practitioner, Public Speaker and aspiring Author. She has worked for the Jamaican Government as a Clerk of the Courts and Legal Officer at the Office of Titles. She has also worked for the largest insurance company and credit unions in Jamaica. As a Presenter and Public Speaker (Jamaica and Guyana, South America) Mrs Stewart-Williams engages her audience on topics in the areas of family life, education, youth and law. Mrs Stewart-Williams is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and the Norman Manley Law School. She has been practicing for over twenty years and is our Senior Attorney-at -Law.
Georgette Stewart-Harrisingh
Georgette Stewart-Harrisingh is a Law Practitioner and Public Speaker and has been practicing law for thirteen years, she had worked as a Legal Officer at the Office of Titles and garnered vast experience at the Administrator General's Department . In 2009 Mrs Stewart-Harrisingh formed the Law office of Georgette Stewart- Harrisingh & Associates. There she distinguished herself and developed a reputation for producing timely and efficent service thereby expanding her clientele. She specializes in Conveyancing and Probate matters. Throughout her education she distinguished herself, receiving prizes for her abilities, one on a national level in High School and another as a top performer in Employment Law while pursuing her studies in law. She continues to aspire high and motivate the firm in her role of Managing Partner.
Alicia Rhoden- Jones
Alicia Rhoden-Jones, is a Law -Practictioner, who has earned the National Award of Jamaican Scholar Female (2007). She attended Norman Manley Law School where she joined a women's group aimed at mentoring and helping the underpriveleged. She graduated from the University of The West Indies with Honours and then worked with a firm specializing in family law, obtaining exposure to a wide range of family law services, including property claims, divorce and maintenance. She is currently a partner at our firm. Other activities she is involved in includes a religious liberty group where she was named Religious Liberty Director 2022 , public- speaking and writing (she is the author of A Brief Analysis of the Court's Application of the Property ( Rights of Spouses) Act available on amazon.
